20 Weeks - Author's Note:

As with all authors, I use my own life as inspiration in the stories that I tell.

And just like with most authors, you will never be able to draw a straight line thru any parts that are mine.

Because the truth is... this story is the amalgamation of many stories, from my mum, to family  and friends I care not to mention (some just little kids at the time), to women I've only known thru a reckoning - of sorts.

No, nothing in this story, or any of my other stories is a bold fact about my life in particular - nor any of theirs.

However, that makes it no less true.  Because it all did happen, just not this way, at this time.

And some, much like 'Inglorious Bastards', is what I simply wish were true.

So, I hope you stick around for the ride - as this one will be quick.

Because 20 Weeks is slotted to be finished by Christmas.

Ho Ho Ho.
