WHITE MEN WITH MICROPHONES - ARE THE PROBLEM

Don't get me wrong, it's not just white men with microphones - but it is especially white men with microphones...

Right now men are the leading cause of death for pregnant women in the US.
Right now (since 2020, in fact) guns are the leading cause of death for kids in the US.

At the same time, white men are flocking to microphones en masse to sell the wares of white colonialism, such as western psychology, philosophy, medicine, and capitalism.

And... it's positively disgusting, so much so it makes me hurl chunks - violently - across the room.

Every single time.

You see, I absofuckinglutely do not give one tiny shite if Plato said something profound.  I don't care if our minds generate loops for unfinished data.  I don't give a rat's hairy arse if new studies show anything...

BECAUSE I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A SINKING SHIP WHERE ALL THE WOMEN AND KIDS ARE DYING FIRST.

The amount of white men sitting upon piles of unearned privilege, spewing their merit-based logic, and phony science - is absolutely ASTOUNDING right now. 

It's as if they understand their religion of 'science' was always the dumbest religion in the room - and now everyone knows it too.

The fact they believe they can still use the word empirical to describe 'science' while at the same time - knowing full well - the glass ceiling was always groomed by highly emotional men who based all of their gatekeeping (of what could and could not be studied, of what was and was not considered taboo) on the physical manifestation of a person's sexual organs.  

You see, if your organs for sexual reproduction were internal - you were HYSTERICAL - and science needn't bother at all...

Sigh.

It's like white men with microphones are the last to understand they are the uncomfortable guest at a party they were never invited to.

Cuz... you can't support genocide, red lining, and segregation and actually be worth knowing.  (It's so sad I have to say this part  aloud.  Alas... here we are.)

I have spent a great deal of time picking on white men with microphones - who spew the colonial wisdom that is at the same time stripping others of their basic human rights - and I am more than happy to debate any of them - in real time - if they think they have what it takes to meet me where I stand.

Regardless if any ever develop the complexity of thought or the thoughtfulness required to see the point in knowing the opposing side's point of view, everyone should  be cognizant of what these... morally crippled men... are doing, while the women and people of color of this country suffer disproportionately - yet again.

Until white men, even those without microphones, learn the value of family, community, and most importantly - accountability - they will continue to be the unintentional joke that nobody laughs at - unless it's because they've left the room.

Their loneliness epidemic is a self-imposed burrito wrapped in a shell of self-pity, all while systems that make their lives easier in every single way are literally destroying the lives of millions of people.

Social responsibility, understanding community interdependence, and valuing non-monetary values and goals - is just the tip of the ice burg that has become the foundation of what white men don't understand.  And it shows.  Boy Howdy!  Does it ever show! Especially on social media, and triple with men with microphones.

What they are not saying, in the face of what they've already done and said, what they've already allowed to become normalized... is apparent, and it has shown us all exactly where their loyalties lie.

The real blessing is what capitalism and the patriarchy has shown us, the vermin it has exposed.  Because of the taint circling through our water (thanks to billionaires and their butt lickers), we are collectively witnessing the shit rising to the surface - we are seeing and comprehending for the first time - what their real apathy and greed means for the rest of us.

White  men with microphones need to do better if they want to have the future they envision.  Because pretty words based on centuries of lies and exploitation are no longer gonna cut it.
