Not everything is what or whom they seem.

Phoebe, for example, can teleport.  But only to places within about a 100-ft range.

So when she busted into Shangri-La she didn't bother to knock or even open the door.

Instead, she simply teleported from just outside of the kitchen swinging doors into the attic high above.

Very few people were still alive who knew of Phoebe's talents because they had been the thing which had made her such a high-value prisoner for the first thirteen years of her life.

Kitai knew however, and Phoebe assumed given the man's injuries the doctor would soon find out all kinds of secrets they'd either have to wipe his mind for or hire him over.

So Phoebe had poofed right there.  Right in the middle of the man getting pegged by the strange fairy looking creature they all called Kitai.

With a menacing growl the strange dominatrix with the green hair, fairy wings, and raptor-like talons glared icily at the unexpected visitor.

"Chill out, Kitai!  Auntie Em needs the doc.  Or else someone's gonna die."

The tiny womanish fairy with the large fake phallus strapped to her midsection huffed for a second and then pushed the man away roughly, and said, "Time to work, sweet cheeks."

"You're gonna wanna put this on," Phoebe told the man tossing him a robe and a quirky little smile.
