The Sound of Little Feet
The sound of little feet drifting through the wind
these are the days we'll always
The noise of laughter, the playful screams
these are the sounds which stitch our lives
with so many wonderful seams
The tussles, the scrapes, the tears
and then the cuddles
this is the way our team learns
the importance of huddles
The anger, the fights, the disillusioned nights
these are the moments we learn to forgive
each other's rights
The love, the light, the devotion through any endeavor
these are the ways our family
These are the ways love
with patience and hope
and the determination
to together make the climb.
“And I learned what is obvious to a child. That life is simply a collection of little lives, each lived one day at a time. That each day should be spent finding beauty in flowers and poetry and talking to animals. That a day spent with dreaming and sunsets and refreshing breezes cannot be bettered.”

All the world is a stage, a play between what is and what is perceived. The eternal dance of duality.
