DOC SLOP - AND THE FALL OF MODERN MEDICINE

“Temperamentally, I was made for the cloister,
for the library,
but fate placed me in the dust of the arena.”

I do not have medical care, though I have medicaid.  Because I don't have access to doctors who treat me or my genetic condition with respect.

Thanks to employers like SITE SANTA FE (a non-profit which dumped me the moment I had medical problems) many of us have been left without health care.

They did this to me after I had just received a rave review, after a year of being their Accounting and HR Manager (my review is posted on my LinkedIn account).  However, looking back, I see the writing was already plainly on the wall - with how they treated me.  How they all treated me, from the Director Louis Grachos, to the entire Board of Directors.

You see, the non-collecting multi-million-dollar museum in Santa Fe, NM was a hotbed of cruelty, favorites, and selective punishment. ("Art With an Agenda" my tell-all about the time I spent at SITE SANTA FE will be out in roughly 18 months.)

So... I should have seen it coming, really.

However, at the time... I was... thrashing about in survival mode, just trying to keep a nostril above the crashing waves of my collapsing health.

Which is how our economy is supposed to work.  Keep them desperate, keep them hopeless, keep them the prey of predators of every kind.

There is no accountability for the harm I received at Presbyterian, yet.  There soon will be.

Just like there will be accountability for the tens of thousands of would-be Dr. Ozs, all over zee internet.

Doctors of slop medicine - is what they've all become.

While they - at the same time - allow their entire industry to collapse under the weight of unchecked greed.

These Doctors of slop work for fame and cash, by doling out the same capitalistic tripe that sunk their ship to begin with.  And with their flippant medical advice - they are picking without seeing - who lives and who dies.

Just as predatory employers pick and choose who struggles to live and who thrives.

Just like the so-called non-profit SITE SANTA FE, where a few at the top profit enormously, while the bulk of their employees work in fear and poverty.

But their Bing search sure looks marvelous.

Just like the Docs of Slop - look respectable - on social media.

But if they're not trying to fix the causes of harm their industry is STILL perpetrating - and instead are hoping to flog the same wares on a different platform, one with zero accountability... consider them all rats.

Rats who abandoned their own collapsed industry, not to make things better, but to exploit the opening their lack of professionalism caused in the first place.

The same doctors taking pharmaceutical kick-backs are now taking kick-backs of other kinds - in exchange for keeping the status quo within their industry.

And that makes them all rats.

The few who are working to fix the entire industry - are being overshadowed by the highly usable puppets the monopoly owned algorithms favor.

And so, their crime is compounded, and intermixed with the crimes of those who facilitate their wages...

YouTube, X, Instagram... Facebook.

Doc Slops are not fixing anything, especially you, they are simply moving their target in order to fill their own pockets and to shine on their enormous egos.

Capitalism killed healthcare, but it was the greedy, apathetic, often stupid doctors who killed medicine.

Namaste,

    My Personal Journey with EDS
    (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome)

My EDS Journey covers my personal experiences with the rare genetic disorder, especially my many (mostly horrendous) experiences with modern medicine and insurance.

In the hopes of giving others information that could have helped me along the way, I speak openly and quite bluntly here regarding the treatment and care accessible for people like myself in today's medical climate.

Any and all derogatory comments and statements are backed with fact, and are open to litigation if you feel I have infringed upon your rights.

I will not be held in silence out of fear of retaliation or exclusion from healthcare.
