Incompetent & Cruel The amount of incompetence and outright cruelty I saw while working for SITE Santa Fe, a multi-million-dollar, non-collecting, non-profit museum located in Santa Fe, New Mexico positively blew my mind. In fact, so many things about it contradicted my original impressions of ‘nonprofits’ and ‘museums’ it literally didn’t fully sink in until nearly a year after being terminated under very suspicious circumstances. I was originally taken on as an outside contractor and worked there as such over Christmas of 2021. It was only after Christmas I received word I would be getting the full-time permanent job. My direct supervisor, Clara Samayoa, a woman who could never bother to put a comb through her hair or wipe down her filthy office, couldn’t manage to let me know before she went on her long holiday vacation. That should have been the second tip-off to the kind of folks I was working for and with at SITE Santa FE. (This especially goes for SITE Santa Fe’s Board of Directors, as they personally chose the cruel and grossly incompetent staff who directly oversaw all operations; Louis Grachos the Phillips Director, and Clara Samayoa the Deputy Director.) Sadly, as I have ongoing mental struggles regarding self-esteem and my own self-worth, as well as a lifetime of narcissistic conditioning, I couldn’t fully appreciate the symptoms until I had been removed from the situation for over a year. (And cuz I was literally fighting for my life the entire time – due to several medical issues.) I go into the specifics of their cruelty and gross incompetence this summer – in an animation I’m putting together with some college friends of mine, other like-minded folks who think hard work should entitle one to job security, a livable wage, honest recognition, and some peace of mind. Suffice it to say, right now I have more than 6 typed pages (12 pt font, single-spaced) of detailed demonstrations of outright incompetence and cruelty on the part of the management (and Board of Directors) of SITE Santa Fe. And it was because of this, more than anything else, that made me refuse the tiny severance package SITE Santa Fe offered after terminating me via a cold and impersonal email the day my online stalker started harassing them on Twitter. For the record: I informed SITE Santa Fe’s security manager, Peter Ngueyn, many months prior of my stalker’s ongoing harassment of me, along with the dangers they imposed as they had been at it for MANY years. I decided to decline the offer so that I could explain to y’all in detail how horrible organizations are run. How to spot them, how to avoid them, and what to do if you find yourself entrapped by one. And because I wanted to be able to comment freely as to WHY I think they run horrible organizations in the first place. Keistered (my co-op animation - where all proceeds go to college students) will also feature explicit details regarding my experiences DMing back and forth the infamous celebrity Travis Fimmel (from Vikings and Dune) for 2 years (2018-2019). Or at least DMing with one of his friends, brothers, employers, co-workers, second-cousins-once-removed, or blackmailers. Cuz that was one royally fucked up experience NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ENDURE. Hysterically enough Keistered also frames my experiences with Twitter, the MANY impersonators Elon happily allows to function there, the chatbots he seems to be aligned with – the incredibly suspect algorithms he employs, along with my super fun experience speaking with his token free speech lawyer – Edward Trent - from Shaerr Jaffe based outta Washington. Cuz, as it turns out, these experiences are the perfect examples of everything wrong in OUR world. Keistered… everything you never wanted to know |
