I made fun of Travis Fimmel when his 'managed fan account' @Travis_F_Tweets posted a picture of himself standing in front of a Frida Kahlo mural, cuz he had cut off half her head and didn't even think to mention her. (He's a bit narcissistic that way.) Shortly afterwards an imposter account popped up. One of many. You see, I've been teasing Mr. Fimmel about his imposters, and his tolerance of them since 2019. When I realized this guy is definitely up to no good. Patterns of behavior. Which I will be publishing in the future. Because, as of now, there is no justice for women like me. Stalked, harassed, smeared... all because I stumbled upon a sad man and a sad list of accounts he and his friends use to... Please notice how my comment regarding 'when enemies hurt you' is totally taken out of context by one of Fimmel's sock accounts. The tweet, in fact, when read in context - is me describing the worst advice I ever got. I got it when I was 8. From my father, at the dinner table. My tweet was totally taken out of context and used against me by an account aligned with Mr. Fimmel and his friends because they have had it out for me ever since I started asking questions about the actions of the very many social media accounts linked to the actor. I wrote #DangerNipple (available on Amazon) back while I was desperately ill and being stalked and harassed for openly trying to out his odd AND persistent behavior - which was clearly messing with many people's minds and pocket books. Over the course of many years I have witnessed a distressing miasma of mental illness and predatory behavior surrounding Fimmel's Twitter presence. And I have made a sincere attempt to get others to notice it as well, so that those responsible could be held accountable, and stop the deplorable behavior. Instead of help, I was simultaneously locked out of my original Twitter account @OdyneLaFee and my gmail lafeeodyne@gmail.com on the same day. (Twitter uses Google to verify accounts.) Despite reporting ongoing impersonators (such as @Odyne_LaFeee) and harassers to Elon Musk's own lawyer, Edward Trent, I have continued to have my identity stolen (despite hundreds of independent reports to Twitter security) by accounts that have me BLOCKED, as well as harassed by predatory pop ups who quote tweet me hundreds of times (about very curious things) and then deletes them all before they can be properly logged and reported. *Without help, I have turned to comedy, in writing my short stories #DangerNipple, Sleaze Land, (see tweets about celebrities' blood) and with my upcoming animation Keistered. Because it's the only weapon I have. Many copies have already be dispersed and will be released simultaneously on multiple platforms. Because, come on... this guy... who's stalking me... he be NUTS. More to come soon. *Available on Amazon. #Soon #Keistered What's done in the dark will always come to the light. Who runs @_Travla, @Travis_F_Tweets, @TravisFimmel, @TeamTravis, @Travis_Fimmel, @TravisFimmel_, @RangiFim, etc? And why do his coworkers, employers, investors, and friends ALL play along?

She was a child star who was preyed upon by those she needed to trust. Minute after minute, hour after hour, then year after year, they worked on her, nudging, and priming, and grooming her into their perfect victim. But she fought back, much much more than they intended, so they fried her brains with experimental drugs. What none of them know, not even the now adult former star, is that she took this assignment ahead of time, knowing all along the outcome - that she would take an extremely public fall, one that would nearly claim her life - because her story would spark the world into first protecting the children. It was a preordained plan. They were born feeling as though their skin was their enemy, as foreign chemicals screamed within their brain. Nothing about their life, their identity felt right, felt good, felt sane. What they didn't know is they too chose this horrendously difficult life - this public warfare of identity, of acceptance, tolerance, and love... so that others in the future would never have to face being ostracized for being different. It was a preordained plan. She wanted parents that loved her, and supported her, and never put her in harms way for entertainment, and the chance to play savior. She wanted to know she was safe, yet the little girl never once did. She wanted to trust, and not fear. She wanted justice, not constant persecution and isolation. She just wanted to get along, instead... they fed on her fear. What she suspected, but no one else ever did... was that it was all planned. So that she could identify the boogeymen who stalk our collective shores. So that she could become the cutting edge of a incorruptible blade capable of defending the innocent. It was a preordained plan. Ask me if free will exists - and I will tell you - for some it does not. For some did not come here to be anything more than a tool for a higher good. For them life is a harsh and painful journey undertaken for a higher purpose, with the foreknowledge of the the risks and the burdens, knowing eventually these temporary human masks would be removed - never to be thought of again. Fallen Angels are not demons. And they are most definitely not lost souls, at least not in the way you might think. They are masterpieces painted by our times - stood out in front - so that the whole world can see our collective folly - so that we may ALL learn, grow, evolve, and love - more deeply than ever before. They are fallen only because they chose not to recall who they really are, instead they allowed themselves to take on the iconic pain and suffering of these times - so others won't have to. So, if you ever catch yourself wondering where all the heroes have gone - remember: they're right here - out in front. Our true heroes are the fallen angels who are screaming for the world to change, grow, and eventually evolve into love. Their lives are their messages. We honor them by paying attention. X Namaste Weaponized psychology has become a thing we’ve all had to come to terms with in the past few years, as the tools of propaganda have infiltrated every aspect of our daily lives. Unfortunately for us, most of us have been through this loop a few times now, so consequently most of us have become quite aware of some of the weaponized psychological tactics being used against us. Take nudging, for example. “Nudge means covert psychological manipulation of thought,” explained Dr. John Campbell as he and Ros Nealon-Cook sat talking about the Covid psychological manipulations on a recent podcast. (“COVID Psychological Manipulation: Unpacked”). Ros Nealon-Cook is an Australian Psychologist who had her license suspended for sounding the alarm regarding the harmful policies during the pandemic. Sadly, we have all felt these covert nudges since we first turned on a TV set or opened a magazine. From Clinton’s ‘WAR ON CRIME’ to Trump’s ‘DRAIN THE SWAMP’, we have all witnessed first-hand the use of nudging in politics. Subtle and not-so-subtle nudges used intentionally in order to get folks to go along with whatever their hearts (or pocketbooks) desire. For example, former president Bill Clinton’s constant campaign nudges regarding the prevalence and impact of ‘crime upon society’ allowed him to double the US prison population during his presidency. Which of course put billions of dollars into private prison contractor hands. “People think they’re immune, Oh, I’ll never fall for marketing, I’ll never fall for advertising and nudges, people think they are too smart.” (“COVID Psychological Manipulation: Unpacked”) And yet, scarily enough, Nudge Units actually exist, from Silicon Valley, to gambling and marketing firms, to political campaign, to you name it, there are entire groups of people dedicated to providing certain folks with very specific nudges and micronudges. He knew I thought it was him. All along. We all did. Every one of us attached to that account.
I mean, come on, ALL of his messages seemed clear enough. Regardless, after a while I started suspecting ALL he wanted from me (us) was to praise him. And praise him. And advise him as he talked about his troubles. He wanted to bitch about his family and friends, but make it seem justified – you know, like it was coming from an objective 3rd party. All the while deflecting all of the blame, like only a narcissist could. Incompetent & Cruel
The amount of incompetence and outright cruelty I saw while working for SITE Santa Fe, a multi-million-dollar, non-collecting, non-profit museum located in Santa Fe, New Mexico positively blew my mind. In fact, so many things about it contradicted my original impressions of ‘nonprofits’ and ‘museums’ it literally didn’t fully sink in until nearly a year after being terminated under very suspicious circumstances. I was originally taken on as an outside contractor and worked there as such over Christmas of 2021. It was only after Christmas I received word I would be getting the full-time permanent job. My direct supervisor, Clara Samayoa, a woman who could never bother to put a comb through her hair or wipe down her filthy office, couldn’t manage to let me know before she went on her long holiday vacation. That should have been the second tip-off to the kind of folks I was working for and with at SITE Santa FE. When I start to forget why - I recall who. Brian, who died Christmas 2022. An extremely shy quantum chemist, lifeguard, and amazing friend to my son. He buried his 27-year-old girlfriend, who died for no apparent reason, just a year before - at the same age he was when he died. I wasn’t there. I didn’t know. I should have tried harder. Sean, who died when he was 21 from drinking too much while in so much emotional pain. I wasn’t there when he died, back when I was still a kid too, I had to hear about it a few months later from some friends. His parents abandoned him when he was 12 and he never got over the betrayal. Joe, who died when we were both 19. His child was still months from being born. His girlfriend never fully got over his violent death. He flew through the windshield of the van he collided with while riding his motorcycle at top speed. I wish his son could have known him. Steven, who shot himself in the head just before he turned 19. We should have known when he started giving away all of his things. His father had it ruled an ‘accident while cleaning a gun’ – his father always had the power to make unpleasant things seemingly disappear. Janet, who died at 15, from an overdose, just because she wanted the abuse to end. Amy, who killed herself at school at age 16, because someone needed to pay attention. Jenny, who hung herself in the garage at age 17, on Father’s Day. Seth, who was charged with rape at 18 and then went home and shot himself with a rifle. He was autistic. Tim, who crashed his car after a night of heavy drinking, and then went home and shot himself with a rifle – rather than face either of his parents. They held separate funerals. Shawn, who always said he’d rather die happy, and so he did. He too shot himself, just after he turned 21. Lars, who didn’t even lie about it. He shot himself like everyone expected him to, before he’d made his 20th birthday. Lance, who drowned at Lake Ann, they said he tried to cross while he was drunk, but most of us knew he never intended to make it across. His sister and mother never understood why. He was barely 23. Joe, who worked full time while going to high school just to make ends meet. He was always so tired. I guess that’s why he fell asleep on the way home from that concert in Wisconsin, killing himself and 3 other 18-year-olds. Not a lick of drugs or alcohol in their systems, just bloody bad luck. Rick, who died of leukemia before I even really understood what cancer is. Cory, who left behind a pain-filled childhood, and 3 small kids of his own, at the age of 31. The brain tumor was fast, at least. Tom, who gassed himself in the garage with his ailing dog, because he hadn’t gotten straight As that semester in college, because he couldn’t face what his parents would say. Both were realtors with an image to maintain, so the pressure was always on. Gary, who died of a heart condition at 26. Alice, who died of Melanoma at 28. Lisa, who was abused at home as a kid, and then abused and murdered by a husband who also sexually abused their infant son. She died before she was 27. Ryan, who crashed his car at 18 and got up and walked away. Only to fall into a persistent vegetative state for the next 12 years, before he finally died. His parents never missed a single day. The kid Albert killed with his car when he was drunk, and how he got out on parole before the kid’s headstone had even been placed. Jason, who drowned himself in the same lake his father killed himself in 3 years prior. I can’t tell you how much his friendship meant to me back in High School. Unfortunately he never felt accepted by his family or society because he was gay. There were others of course, too many to ever recall in one sitting. But these are some of the people who run through my head, as I wonder how I will ever live up to the telling of their stories. Stories of isolation, violence, intolerance, and self-hatred. Stories of searching for community and finding only the empty echo of our sickened society. All of them the story of social stratification, and what it has done to our children… so many children, who will never get to tell their stories. So many voices relying on me to never ever give up. I may not know the way through, but I do know through is the only way ahead. With light and love, The Storyteller *Only the names have changed. You told us to be strong, then never allowed us to be soft. You told us to be sexual, virginal, pure, and full-time working mothers while we're at it. You bade us do it - while walking on our hands... Only love saw us through. We asked you to love and protect us, and to understand, while at the same time blaming you for our enemy's tactics. But we understand now. We see why it has all gone so very very wrong. You see, THEY stole you from us. THEY drove you into the military where they broke you and rebuilt you, to serve without asking why. When the WHY is the very beating of your blood. THEY drove you into businesses where your only product became a bottom line, an insignificant figure, then told you the real measure of your happiness is in what you can buy. So buy you did. Increment by increment THEY stole your reason, spoon feeding you instead violence as your only means of solution. At the same time stealing your primordial song. In courtrooms, boardrooms, and meeting rooms across the the world THEY turned you into jesters, fighting for made-up causes, based on made up science and rhetoric. THEY turned you into puppets, distorting your learning into catch phrases and cliches misused and misaligned. THEY sold you ideas of acceptance based on an industry of lies - so they could distort your bodies with steroids and weight loss drugs - to support a predatory industry worth trillions. Then made your captors your idols, and then showed you how to worship them. Scolding you whenever you got it wrong. THEY spoon fed you porn, and hate, and apathy, and never ending violence. Then blamed you and imprisoned you when you acted out that intentionally administered rage. THEY KILLED YOUR SONS WITH GUNS - BY MAKING GUNS THEIR FAVORITE IDOL. It is psychological warfare, and THEY have been waging it upon you since before you were born. We women have also paid the price. But know this now, love will see you through. Love will see us all through. For the veil is lifting, and though we're all collectively shaking our heads, wondering how it got so far askew, We instinctively know that the way back is shorter than we can imagine. Because it is our basic nature WE are returning to - instinctual drift will do most of the work. Back home. That's where we're all headed. Collectively. Back to a time and place where we don't have to be afraid, where what we say and do matters, where our lives are meant for creative pursuits and love. Hold fast, my brothers, hold fast. Love is breathing life back into us all. X 03/06/2024 © Raena Exe 2024

from The Sane Society (Henry Holt, 1955) and Escape from Freedom (Henry Holt, 1969). What happens to the industrial worker? He spends his best energy for seven or eight hours a day in producing “something.” He needs his work in order to make a living, but his role is essentially a passive one. He fulfills a small isolated function in a complicated and highly organized process of production, and is never confronted with “his” product as a whole, at least not as a producer, but only as a consumer, provided he has the money to buy “his” product in a store. He is concerned neither with the whole product in its physical aspects nor with its wider economic and social aspects. He is put in a certain place, has to carry out a certain task, but does not participate in the organization or management of the work. He is not interested, nor does he know why one produces this, instead of another commodity - what relation it has to the needs of society as a whole. The shoes, the cars, the electric bulbs, are produced by “the enterprise,” using the machines. He is a part of the machine, rather than its master as an active agent. The machine, instead of being in his service to do work for him which once had to be performed by sheer physical energy, has become his master. Instead of the machine being the substitute for human energy, man has become a substitute for the machine. His work can be defined as the performance of acts which cannot yet be performed by machines. Work is a means of getting money, not in itself a meaningful human activity. P. Drucker, observing workers in the automobile industry, expresses this idea very succinctly: “For the great majority of automobile workers, the only meaning of the job is in the paycheck, not in anything connected with the work or the product. Work appears as something unnatural, a disagreeable, meaningless and stultifying condition of getting the pay check, devoid of dignity as well as of importance. No wonder that this puts a premium on slovenly work, on slowdowns, and on other tricks to get the same pay check with less work. No wonder that this results in an unhappy and discontented worker - because a pay check is not enough to base one's self-respect on.” ... The alienated and profoundly unsatisfactory character of work results in two reactions: one, the ideal of complete laziness; the other a deep-seated, though often unconscious hostility toward work and everything and everybody connected with it. (PLEASE NOTE: Tantra cannot be removed from spiritual practice, as it requires the activation of all of your chakras to engage in true tantric activities. Therefore, it is important to understand that if you are engaging in these practices without your higher chakras being activated you are not in actuality practicing tantra, you are practicing sexual magik, which can very easily cause you to take on a negative alignment, resulting in serious karmic debt.) Tantra is not a homogeneous idea. In fact, it's a rather complex concept that has been used by many different people all over the world, used to describe many different things. Though it deals with sexual energy, tantra is not a set of technical instructions, which you can easily read about in a book, such as the Karma Sutra, which is a Sanskrit text on sexuality and pleasure. Tantra, instead, is a set of practices which allows one to harness the very essence of life. But exactly what those practices are – will be a different story depending upon who you ask, as the information has been defused over many different cultures over thousands of years. I personally came to tantra via my 25 years of training in Dzogchen Buddhism which is considered an Indo-Tibetan religion. Tantra was central to many of my teachings. However, you're just as likely to come across tantra in many of the Hindu traditions (such as Kashmir Shaivism), as well as Jainism, and other Indian religions. Today, tantrism spans many different continents, religions, schools, and walks of life. Therefore, it is impossible to speak on it with an absolute sense of authority. And yet, it would be remiss of me if I did not transfer what I understand of this valuable information, as best I can, as it may serve someone who has need of it. Therefore, please understand that what follows is my own understanding of Tantra, as it was laced into my own library of information, and how I think it could be applied to your daily life. First off, it is important to understand that tantra is not a philosophy, rather a set of practical techniques people can employ within their spiritual practice. In many ways, tantra lies in opposition to philosophy, as philosophy is the practice of thinking, and tantra is the practice of sensing. Diametrically opposed in many ways, both philosophy and tantra actually function much the same way within our body/mind/soul. Yoga is fuel for the body. Philosophy is fuel for the mind. Tantra is fuel for the soul. And together they create a Holy Trinity. (Side Note: You’ll notice, if you continue studying the esoteric knowledge of the universe, you’ll keep coming back to certain numbers. Three - as in the Holy Trinity - is one of these prime numbers, which allows the expression of our reality, as we now perceive it.) For thousands of years tantric practices were considered esoteric information. Handed down only from teacher to student, its wisdom wasn't something most people could grasp at the time, not without a lot of prior instruction on consciousness, energy, energetic exchange, and the existence of the subtle realms. Protected at first by priests, then royalty, it was information that often cost people their lives. Because, entwined within the knowledge of tantra is the knowledge of your own divinity. But now, thanks to the modern information age – this information is in everyone’s hands, at least in part. Now you can find tantra teachers all over the internet, and not all of them are aligned positively. Therefore, their instructions are partial - often leaving out the parts which align a soul as either a negative force (takes energy in excess) or positive force (gives more energy than it receives). This means those who follow these incomplete instructions are most likely unknowingly negatively affecting their next incarnation. If a practitioner is not aware of the deeper aspects of energy exchange it is unlikely they will fully understand the undesired consequences such negative alignment will have on their soul. Dark tantra, or the self-annihilation through loveless excess, is something one should only undertake if they fully understand the long-lasting ramifications. Raw sexual power, as in all things, must be balanced or it will ultimately lead to the dissolution of the entity. And only teachers who convey both sides of the tantric practice are providing balance to their students. Harnessing the subtle energies of the body, without understanding the different qualities and aspects of each energy center, is the same as putting a saddle on a zebra. It might look cool for a moment. You might even get up on that pony – for a minute. But you are never ever going to ride that thing anywhere. Energy is like a coiled cobra, and just as deadly, if you don't understand how it is impacting your energy centers, as well as your organs, and nervous system. Right now, thanks to the new space our solar system is moving into, along with the collective's mass awakening, the frequencies available to humans on this planet are incredible! Mixing in tantra – is the berries!! As our solar system moves closer to the center of the Milky Way Galaxy we are increasing in energy – and this is dawning a new age here on Earth, with new properties of physics, as well as light. Most people can already tell it for themselves and need no convincing. They just need a bit of background information. In Kashmir Shaivism God Shiva is everything - including divine consciousness and the reality of all things, and within Him is His female counterpart, Shakti. Shakti sits upon Her God and drawing power from Him - dances the material world into existence. We know Shakti intimately, as She is nature itself. As the male sits in his full power – the woman staddles him – slowly, then faster and faster – she shakes the whole universe into existence. Here now, we experience the world through our senses and our consciousness. Shiva – is the silent witness with all the power, and our expression of desire – is Shakti – as we shake our world awake through action. Let’s take eating a cherry, for example. Don’t just gobble it up. That’s how the lay people do it. The adept, however, will first acknowledge their own Shiva, their own silent witness, that part which holds all of the power, then… as your tongue engages with the flesh of the cherry the whole world awakens in the experience. From that centered position all action is done with a sensual intention – the intention of full awareness and comprehension of what the senses of your body are telling you. Is it firm? Is it soft? Does it feel the same between your fingers as it does across your tongue? Shakti is singing her song to you – describing to her divine husband all of the pleasures of the world – slowly, one at a time. By this example you can clearly see it is extremely possible to experience tantra on your own – without an instructor. In this manner, it is entirely possible to progress in your learnings and understandings of the energy within, both the attraction force and the repulsion force, so much so enlightenment is attained. Pairing with an outside partner is not required of tantra, and in fact, most White Tantra practitioners are celibate. At its most basic, tantra is a way to harness our own dynamic ignorance, along with everything mundane, as the chaos of God/Source, and in this ability harness that chaos and transform it into love/light light/love. Please always keep in mind there are only 2 paths open to the tantric practitioner. The Negative Path and The Positive Path: Positively Aligned Tantra: is aligned with the 8-fold path. (See reference section.) Negatively Aligned Tantra: Anything which damages another's self or infringes upon another's free will. Sexual vampirism is real and easy to do if one of the tantric practitioners is more adapt at energy manipulation than the other practitioner. This is why true tantric teachings have been kept as an esoteric tradition for so long, because the accidental misuse by one who does not have an iron will of their own will almost invariably wind up as a vampiric exchange. Especially if they don't understand what they are doing. Dark Tantra can have serious negative consequences. Tantra – when done properly is the union of masculine and feminine – and the feeling of disappearing into unity itself. It is the embracing of the dual qualities within yourself, as you taste that cherry. It is the exploration of the erotic, vibrant, colorful, and mysterious. And it can be accomplished in many ways. Here, let me explain. By using mantras during your tantric practice, you are opening up the energetic centers in your body which align with that particular mantra. When done expertly, you will simultaneously connect to energetic centers outside of your body. Chanting Ohm (the underlying cosmic sound) for example, will energize your heart chakra, and when done expertly, while all cosmic and chakra centers are open, and while the snake of feminine Kundalini energy is raised into its highest position, will provide the practitioner with the sensation of being in complete union with God. By using different breathing techniques you can experience different types of orgasms in different parts of your body, while at the same time sensing different densities and dimensions. Each breathing technique provides you with entirely different sensations located not only in different parts of your body but different parts of your brain as well. Breathing techniques can bring on more endorphins than mainlining heroine. Combining tantra with meditation is often associated most with the temporary achievement of samadhi – or ultimate bliss. There are simply no words which could ever do this process justice. (Which again is why tantra is practical in form not philosophical. One must experience it to understand.) If you don’t understand chakras and how they affect the body, I suggest you look into it. No tantric practice would ever get off the ground without a deep understanding of how energy moves throughout your body. (You can find an amazing book in the resources section of this article.) In essence, tantra is harnessing our Kundalini energy. The Divine Female Energy – Kundalini is the coiled snake of creative energy which normally sits at the base of your spine. As you learn to manipulate this energy, getting it to rise from the lowest to the highest chakra, you will experience different levels of sexual/creative energy. Engaging Kundalini energy and focusing it on the different energy centers yields very different results. However, it cannot be understated – you must have a fully activated heart chakra for the Kundalini to fully engage your 5th, 6th, and 7th chakras. The human energy system is designed to have a fail-safe on our true potential. This gate is our level of compassion. Without a high regard for life, honesty, integrity, and honor, this gate will remain at least partially closed, and true Kundalini awakening will be beyond your reach. Those who practice dark tantra learn a work-around. I will speak no more of this practice – as it is one which always ultimately leads to the total disillusionment of the soul which engages in these actions. White Tantra, on the other hand, is the full devotion of oneself to God, and the unity of all. It is taking the highest form of love and using it as your vehicle of enlightenment. Overall, tantra is not a form of withdrawal, or renunciation. It is not done by ascetics or those who are determined to follow a strict order. Tantra is living breathing energy that relies 100% on the use of the body and its senses as tools for enlightenment. Always spiritual in practice, tantra is taking the micro and seeing it as the macro, and visa versa. It is diving into the pieces in order to recognize the puzzle. It is using the mundane in order to reach the super-mundane – the divine – the holy – the ultimate ecstatic nature of reality. Tantric practices are actions taken through time and space – used as a tool, along with bodily sensations, the nadis, and the chakras, to propel us into spaces and ways of being we could not otherwise have achieve. Ultimately, tantra connects the practitioner with the holy field, whether it is practiced alone or with someone else. Right View A true understanding of how reality and suffering are intertwined. 2. Right Resolve The aspiration to act with correct intention, doing no harm. 3. Right Speech Abstaining from lying, and divisive or abusive speech. 4. Right Action Acting in ways that do not cause harm, such as not taking life, not stealing, and not engaging in sexual misconduct. 5. Right Livelihood Making an ethically sound living, being honest in business dealings. 6. Right Concentration Practicing skillful meditation informed by all of the preceding seven aspects. These eight steps are considered to be of three types: right view and right resolve are related to our development of wisdom; right speech, right action, and right livelihood to ethical conduct; and right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration to meditation.” Lion’s Roar Staff There is fire within each of us. That which fuels us, either our growth or our destruction. Frustration, Anger, Loneliness, Betrayal, Rejection - they burn within each of us. These things which are not in harmony with ourselves... Burn. And if we let them, if we don't harness their potential, through the use of our own iron will, they will eventually consume us. Thankfully love expends more energy than hate. Just as creation expends more energy than violence. Regardless, this fire, unique unto you, fuels everything you do. But oh, how easy it is, to just throw this energy away, to dissipate it, via - casual sex, alcohol and drug consumption, shit-posting on social media, and all those other ways we 'de-stress ourselves' - which always yields such negative, crappy results. So much easier than transforming it. Yet, if we do choose to transform this incredibly rich and complex collection of fuels within us - through physical means - such as training our bodies via martial arts, athletics, dance, meditation, prayer, acts of compassion, and love - we can expend this energy in such a way that it builds rather than destroys. It is the same energy - the same fuel - only now... through your conscious iron will you become an alchemist. You transform all of those hurts into character, meaning, depth, integrity, and wisdom. By harnessing and transforming this inexhaustible fuel, you have added to (rather than subtracted from) your legacy. But how do you transform this potential, turning anger and loneliness into a positive, integrated force which builds rather than destroys? Love & Compassion It's the only way. Every part of of you matters, your strengths and your weaknesses. Yet it is only through our weaknesses, by transforming them via our own iron will, that we cultivate this potential. By recognizing where we are weak, afraid, alone, hurt, isolated, and betrayed - by facing the pain it has caused, then by turning all of that action potential towards the direction of love and compassion - we attain self mastery. We develop an iron will, character, depth, and most of all equanimity. The old ways are dead. Ephemeral as they were, those siren songs sung by those who stole from the weak no longer entice, no longer distract, no longer hold sway for the majority. The new age is here. The choice is yours. Just remember, you do not have forever to make it. Those who adapt survive. X 02/21/2024 © Raena Exe 2024 *All rights reserved. |
